The West Mayfield Centennial Committee is a group of volunteers dedicated to planning, organizing, and conducting the borough’s 100th Jubilee Celebration. We welcome participation by all residents and non-residents, past or present. Everyone is welcome! The West Mayfield Centennial Committee (WMCC) is offering vendor spots for food trucks and booth spaces. There are limited vendor spots available on a “first come, first served” basis, so please complete this application as soon as possible. Start the Vendor Agreement online or download and print.
Food Vendors: We welcome a wide variety of food vendors, including food trucks or pop-up stands. Food vendors will be located along Patterson Avenue. Spots will be sized sufficiently for trucks or vehicles with trailers. See Terms & Conditions for more details. $75.00
Craft Booth Vendors: We welcome a wide variety of booth vendors displaying products or offering services. Booth vendors will be located in grassy and/or gravel areas of the park. Spots are sized generally 10′ x 10′. See Terms & Conditions for more details. $50.00
- We are honoring previous golden and diamond jubilee celebrations by publishing our own limited edition Centennial Jubilee Booklet, featuring interesting history articles about the borough, a collection of memories and first-hand stories, and we recognize those who’ve contributed to the borough through public service. We also feature a special dedication and in memoriam section, along with advertising space.

ARE YOU INTERESTED?
Do you have a loved-one or special person in your life from West Mayfield that you’d like to honor for their service in uniform?
The West Mayfield Centennial Committee is seeking interest in ordering a collection of veterans banners similar to these found in many local communities.
These custom-made banners would be displayed throughout West Mayfield during our Centennial Jubilee, and then they may become keep-sakes for families.
We would need to order a minimum amount of banners by a certain date to secure the best pricing and guaranteed delivery in time for our Centennial Jubilee. Dates and pricing will be posted as soon as possible.
