NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BOROUGH OF WEST MAYFIELD ZONING HEARING BOARD NOTICE is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Borough of West Mayfield Zoning Hearing Board at the West Mayfield Borough Fire Hall, 706 – 37th Street Ext., Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania 15010, on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. in accordance with the provisions of the Borough West Mayfield Zoning Ordinance. The purpose of this hearing is to act upon the request of Daniel K. Muir for a Use Variance to operate a commercial recreational use at 3601 Short Street, consisting of an indoor nerf/airsoft/splatrball arena, as well as outdoor putt putt golf and axe throwing. Such a use is neither a Permitted Use nor a Conditional Use in an R-1 Residential Zoned District in the Borough of West Mayfield Zoning Ordinance.
