New Borough Code Takes Effect July 16, 2012

Governor Tom Corbett signed House Bill 1702 into law on May 17, 2012 as Act 43 of 2012. The act becomes effective in 60 days on July 16, 2012.  The June Borough News cover article highlights some of the changes in Act 43.
