Bill Heaton

Bill Heaton is a native of Beaver Falls and a life-long resident of Beaver County.  He and his wife Belva have lived in West Mayfield since 1984.  He retired from Armstrong World Industries in 2009 after thirty-eight years of service. Mr. Heaton is a life-member of the West Mayfield Volunteer Fire Department, having served since 1984.  He has held the positions of Chief and Assistant Chief for over twenty years.

Since 2005, Mr. Heaton has served as the borough’s Emergency Management Coordinator. Bill Heaton was first elected to borough council in 2010.
